Audit current administration procedures
Provide experience to qualify for a wrap-up opportunity
Assist with composing answers to Request For Proposal
Assist with oral presentation for RFPs
Assist with feasibilty analysis
Assist with administration vendor search or evaluation of proposals
Provide training for self-performance of wrap-up administration
Provide tools necessary for self-performance of wrap-up administration
Assist with credit tracking methodology decision
Meet with sponsor clients to understand program goals
Assist with the drafting of wrap-up contract language*
Create/edit/update wrap-up manuals and forms
Create template reports for project
Assist with evaluation of written & oral service proposals
Provide ongoing support as needed
Provide/assist with the training/hiring of staff
Qualify as minority or small business where applicable
